About Venue
The conference will be hosted at the Mito City Civic Center, which opened in July 2023.
The hall is overflowing with a sense of spaciousness and has enough space to discuss the matter actively next to the meeting room.
Here, it is handicap friendly, and there is a children's gallery with a play space.

About Location
Near the venue are many hotels, restaurants, convenience stores (small retail stores), and a department store.
Those will make your stay very comfortable.
In addition, The Mito Art Tower, a city symbol, is behind the venue, and Kairakuen Garden and Senba Park with Lake Senba are also nearby.

Access
By limited express, it takes about 100-130 minutes from Haneda airport to Mito station and about 20 minutes on foot to reach the Mito City Civic Center.
You can also use the public bus from the Mito station.
